📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, and bulldozers.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the construction and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in the calibration and testing of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
• Proven experience with CAT equipment and other heavy machinery.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance (e.g., NCCER, Caterpillar, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Familiarity with construction and maintenance software such as SAP, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
