📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in managing employee benefits and payroll is a plus.
