PT Ekspresi Cempaka is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
