📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in financial and operational processes.
• Monitor and review financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
