As our IT Support & CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networks. You will also install, configure, and maintain our CCTV systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally. Daily, you will work closely with our team to provide reliable IT support and ensure the security of our premises.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and NVR systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networks.
• Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and CCTV equipment.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and CCTV networks.
• Document all IT support activities and CCTV system configurations.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and CCTV technologies.
• Train employees on the use of IT systems and CCTV equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and CCTV system maintenance.
• Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) and CCTV systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
