🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the maritime or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations and maritime regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety management systems and practices.
