📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and achieving key performance indicators.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Identify and address departmental challenges, proposing innovative solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and management tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
