📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement test plans and procedures to identify and resolve product defects.,Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure product development aligns with quality standards.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO.,Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and food safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical or QA role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, including HACCP and ISO standards.,Experience with quality assurance software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
