SATOSHI Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and seat guests, and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in the serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas.,Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet facilities after events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet services and guest information.,Assist in the training and supervision of other banquet staff as needed.,Contribute to the overall success of banquet events and the satisfaction of our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet setting is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
