📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand our market presence and customer base.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve growth targets.
• Present regular reports and updates to senior management on growth initiatives and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead a team.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Certification in digital marketing or business strategy is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
