📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.,Manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Represent the branch at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
