Analyze and process insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely settlements,Review and verify insurance policies to ensure compliance with company standards,Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance claims and policies,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance,Provide regular reports and updates on insurance claims and policies to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claim analysis or a related role,Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims, and underwriting processes,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
