CV Anggrek Oryza is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of financial analysis and reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or have limited experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
