📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily branch operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.

Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.

Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
