📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash handling and ensure proper security measures are in place.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial systems.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
