One Home Cemerlang is seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Data Entry professional to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of our data entry processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily data entry operations to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and report on data entry progress and quality to management.,Identify and resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity across the organization.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry.,Provide regular updates on data entry projects and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
