📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of all stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor store managers and staff to ensure high levels of service and sales.,Monitor sales targets and implement initiatives to achieve and exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Promote and participate in company events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
