📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to achieve store goals.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Ensure the store meets health and safety standards and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
