📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and track the progress of projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all operations.,Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Support the management team in achieving operational goals and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
