📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage online travel agency partnerships and ensure seamless integration with our property management system.
• Handle guest reservations and bookings using tools like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
• Monitor and update room inventory and rates in real-time to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Communicate with guests to confirm bookings, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality and technology sectors.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both guests and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems and reservation software.
