📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
