📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance.,Oversee guest accommodations and transportation arrangements.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the event venue.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Prepare and present event reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet staff or event coordination.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for event planning.,Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting principles.
