Crystal Quick Pratama is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis and advice to support business decisions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain proper internal controls.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for reporting and decision-making.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, as required.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
