Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Training and developing the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
