📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.,Provide support in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance procedures.,Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.,Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.,Assist in the organization and management of sales meetings and presentations.,Provide general administrative support to the sales department.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other sales-related documentation.,Provide support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of export-import and forwarding procedures and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Understanding of basic Indonesian language is beneficial.
