ResultsCX is seeking a Seasonal Call Center Training Proctor to guide and mentor trainees in our call center operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position with a flexible schedule. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct and facilitate training sessions for new call center agents.,Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the current operations.,Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet performance standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain a positive and supportive training environment.,Collaborate with the training team to improve training methodologies.,Provide on-the-job training and support to new hires.,Document trainee performance and training outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a team environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Flexible and able to work part-time and seasonal hours.,Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus.,Availability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
