📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company.,Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Implementing and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.,Providing leadership and guidance to team members.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
