📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction and maintenance projects at various sites,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution,Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition,Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries,Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, inspection reports, and maintenance logs,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement project plans and strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance principles and practices,Proficient in using engineering software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and standards is a plus
