📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Inspect and maintain the quality of construction work.,Manage and train site staff.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits.,Prepare and submit reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Experience with project management software.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
