Gold Spot Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. This is a full-time position located in Lampung, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is Rp 14.000.000 – Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the safety and security of inventory, equipment, and personnel.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
