As a Critical Facilities Operations & Incident Response Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of our Data Centre infrastructure. You'll work closely with our team of engineers to ensure that our systems are always up and running, and you'll be the first responder in the event of any incidents or outages. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of our Data Centre infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to our systems, including hardware and software.
• Respond to incidents and outages, implementing quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Work with our team of engineers to optimize the performance of our Data Centre facilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data centre operations.
• Provide technical support to our clients, ensuring their data is secure and accessible.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the data centre industry.
• Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
• Certifications in data centre operations, such as Uptime Institute Tier III or IV, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with data centre management software, such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft System Center, or OpenStack.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
