📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
• Manage and maintain customer account records, including updating account information and handling account inquiries.
• Collaborate with the branch team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
• Utilize data processing tools such as Excel, Access, and specialized banking software to streamline operations.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data processing and financial services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems used in branch operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
