📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire EXIM process, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize trade operations and drive business growth.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of EXIM specialists and logistics experts.
• Utilize tools like SAP, Oracle, and specialized trade software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EXIM operations, with a proven track record of success in managing international trade projects.
• Certification in international trade, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade software and systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
