📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 field sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Set and track individual and team sales targets, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in key locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the local market.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales management or leadership is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
