As a Logistics Travel Agent at U & I Holidays, you’ll be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of travel logistics. This includes booking and arranging transportation, coordinating with hotels and tour operators, and ensuring that our clients have a stress-free journey. You’ll work with various stakeholders, including tour guides, drivers, and local service providers, to ensure that every detail is taken care of. With your strong organizational skills and passion for travel, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our clients leave Bali with amazing memories.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage all travel logistics, including transportation bookings and arrangements.
• Work closely with hotels, tour operators, and local service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Monitor and optimize travel routes to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
• Handle client inquiries and address any issues that may arise during the travel process.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and client information.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all travel-related tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Stay updated with the latest travel regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide the best service.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and positive experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing transportation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with travel management systems and software, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry and local transportation options.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
