📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate and secure processing
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with special events and promotions, as required
• Complying with all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Micros, is a plus
• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a must
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid ID card and health certificate
