📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefront using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Host and manage live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with customers in real-time.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with social media marketing and live streaming platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
