📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and coordination of HR activities
• Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
• Participate in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR projects and initiatives, providing valuable insights and assistance
• Learn and understand HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Passion for learning and developing HR skills
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
