📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage online travel agency partnerships and ensure seamless integration with our property management system.
- Handle guest reservations and bookings using tools like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
- Monitor and update room inventory and rates in real-time to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Communicate with guests to confirm bookings, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality and technology sectors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both guests and partners.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems and reservation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
