• Conduct field surveys and monitor insect populations to identify pest species and trends.
• Collect and analyze data using laboratory equipment such as microscopes and DNA sequencing tools.
• Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies in collaboration with the team.
• Collaborate with local experts and stakeholders to address pest-related challenges.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pest control findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest control or related field, with a focus on entomology.
• Strong knowledge of insect behavior, ecology, and integrated pest management (IPM) principles.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as microscopes and DNA sequencing tools.
• Ability to conduct field research and collect data in tropical environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
