As an Exam Proctor at PT STARGATE MANDIRI SUKSES, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our exams. You will be the first point of contact for participants, providing clear instructions and a comfortable testing environment. Your daily tasks will include monitoring exam sessions, managing time effectively, and addressing any issues that may arise during the exam.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee exam sessions to ensure they run smoothly and according to schedule.
• Verify participant identities and exam materials to maintain test integrity.
• Monitor exam sessions for any signs of cheating or misconduct.
• Manage time effectively during exam sessions to ensure participants complete their exams on time.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by participants during the exam.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of exam sessions.
• Collaborate with other proctors and exam administrators to ensure a high standard of service.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and ensure they have a positive experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Exam Proctor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of standardized testing procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with exam proctoring software such as ProctorU or Respondus.
• Certification in exam proctoring or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and reliable demeanor.
