📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with department heads to understand their workforce needs and challenges.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes and support business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a strong asset.
