• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all aspects of the club's operations run smoothly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and ready for use.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that all vendors meet the club's standards of quality and service.
• Oversee the planning and execution of special events and activities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
• Ensure that all guest services meet the club's standards of excellence, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the facility management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and event planning.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP Facilities Management, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills a plus.
